Women's Health & Family Planning
- Physical exam - including pap smears for all women to 44 years of age.
- Birth control counseling, education, and supplies for men and women.
- Sexually transmitted disease screening, education, and treatment.
- Pregnancy testing and counseling.
- Nutrition information.
- Referrals to other health care services as needed.
All services are strictly confidential.
Maternal Health
- Nurse visits to provide enhanced prenatal and postpartum education and provide nursing care.
- Nutrition counseling by WIC (Women, Infant, Child) Nutritionists.
- Social assessment and assistance with application for financial aid by a family counselor.
- Referrals to other health care services as needed.
All pregnant woman are eligible to enroll in the program.
