Skilled Nursing Services
- Home visits for sick, disabled, to persons of any age, and for any health problem, as ordered by a physician.
- Instruction and evaluation of medication or treatments. Set up medicines. Prefill insulin syringes.
- Dressing changes and/or wound care.
- Diet instruction and counseling.
- Blood draws for laboratory.
- Physical assessment, monitoring blood pressure, lung auscultation, circulation, etc.
- Teaching procedures to patient and/or family.
- Catheter cares.
- Administer and/or assist with IV treatments, and teach patient and family as necessary.
- Physical therapy available by contracted therapist, when physician ordered.
Services also can be billed to Medicaid, private insurance, grants and sliding scale fee.
